All products displayed on the website are original and provided by the official distributor of Timber Smart in Kuwait. The specifications, sizes, and accessories of the products are clearly detailed on each product page. Please review these details before completing your order.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and include VAT where applicable. We accept secure electronic payment methods such as K-Net, Visa, MasterCard, and Apple Pay. Prices may change without prior notice, but the price displayed at checkout will be the price applied.
3. Delivery
Delivery within Kuwait takes 1-5 business days according to the available delivery schedule. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and may be waived during certain promotional offers. Please ensure that the entered address and phone number are accurate to avoid delays.
4. Warranty and Maintenance
All tables are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects (excluding breakage or misuse). We provide free lifetime spare parts for all customers inside and outside Kuwait, with the customer bearing the cost of international shipping if needed. Orders shipped outside Kuwait are checked for quality before shipping but are not covered by the warranty.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Products cannot be returned or exchanged after receipt unless there is a manufacturing defect reported within 3 days of delivery with photos showing the issue. Timber Smart reserves the right to assess the case and determine the appropriate solution (repair or partial/full replacement). Requests to change color or size must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product, and additional delivery fees may apply, subject to availability and the product being in perfect condition.
