Returns and Exchanges

Products cannot be returned or exchanged after receipt unless there is a manufacturing defect reported within 3 days of delivery with photos showing the issue. Timber Smart reserves the right to assess the case and determine the appropriate solution (repair or partial/full replacement). Requests to change color or size must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product, and additional delivery fees may apply, subject to availability and the product being in perfect condition.
